New Clubs for Autumn Term 2017

Dear Parent/Carer,

Attached is the timetable of the enrichment activities on offer during the Autumn Term. This does not include our instrumental clubs as they have a separate application system.

We would please like you to bring full payment on Tuesday 12th September 2017 at 8.15am in the main KS2 hall, where you can sign up for a club of your choice. If we do not receive the fees we will not be able to enter the child on the club list.

Places will be given on a first come first served basis. If the situation arises whereby the club is full, your child’s name will be kept on the waiting list for this term only.

This term, we have ‘Vibe Arts’ running our dance club. We also have a new chess provider, ‘Mindful Chess’. They offer pupils the chance to work through puzzles and chess tactics on the active board as well as playing chess against each other.

After the 12th September, we will inform parents of any club spaces remaining and offer these out. All fees are non-refundable; if your child starts a club and then changes their mind the fee will not be refunded. We would also appreciate it if you could let the office know if your child no longer wants to attend as we can then offer the place to someone else. In the case of fee-paying clubs not being full, they may have to be discontinued.

Clubs will start the week commencing Monday 18th September 2017. All clubs will run for 10 sessions. Please check the timetable overleaf for start and end dates.
