Product OverviewRMD Kwikform's NEW Tubeshor hybrid hydraulic tubular shoring system is used for propping waling beams or capping beams of large excavations and for vertical applications such as bridge bearing replacement. An integral hydraulic ram unit is rated for an AWL of 2500kN rising to 4500kN once the unique mechanical lock off collar is engaged.

Very few different components make it easy and faster to assemble.

With a choice of multiple leg extensions from 500mm - 11500mm and a hydraulic ram unit that extends up to 800mm virtually all prop lengths can be achieved with standard components.

If hydraulic adjustment/preloading are not required, a comprehensive range of accessories is available to facilitate reduced cost options for versatile and economical longer term propping solutions.

Tubeshor comes in 3 sizesTubeshor 320, Tubeshor 610, and Tubeshor 1060 will cope with all your shoring demands.

Comprehensive range of lengthsMultiple extension lengths allow for coarse adjustment of the Tubeshor prop range. This provides flexibility to cope with horizontal propping lengths up to 50m with fewest possible joints.

Robust ConstructionHeavy duty construction using high grade steels, designed to be less prone to damage.

Innovative DesignAdditional bottom bolts in the flange joint boost performance in horizontal applications & Tapered Pre-camber Shims reduce self weight deflection on horizontal struts, increasing allowable prop loads.

Safety Built-inThe ram unit & leg extensions are fitted with integral forklift points/stands and rotation stops to enable safe handling and stacking when not in use and during transportation.

Enhanced PerformanceThe inner section of the ram unit extends by up to 800mm and is threaded to enable mechanical lock-off using a robust screwed collar which increases the allowable working load of the ram unit to 4500kN.

Economical AlternativesBurnout Packs and Weldable Stubs facilitate reduced cost options for versatile and economical longer term propping solutions.

Unique Spherical BearerProvides 5 degrees of rotational freedom in any plane & locks in rotation subsequent to the application of load, thus reducing the effective length of the strut.

European Standard ComplianceRMD Kwikform's Tubeshor system is fully European Standard Compliant, designed and manufactured in accordance with latest Standards EN14653, EN1090 and carry the quality CE Mark.

FlexibilityTubeshor comprises of multiple different lengths of leg extension, ranging from 500mm to 11500mm, and a range of accessories which bolt simply together at the joints.

StrengthInnovative Spherical Bearers lock in position under load to ensure concentric loading & reduce the effective length of the strut.

SafetyIntegral forklift points/stands and rotation stops enable safe storage and transportation of stacked sections.

In DetailTubular Shoring

ArticulationSwivel unit assembly used on the end of Tubeshor props facilitate an angled connection. Provides 60 degrees of rotation in one direction and 42 degrees in the other.

InnovationAdditional bolt points in flange joint boost performance in horizontal applications, improving the strength to weight ratio still further.

DurabilityThe positioning of the hydraulic valves has been designed to protect them from damage & debris whilst still allowing easy access for the attachment & removal of hydraulic hoses.

EconomyBurnout Packs and Weldable Stubs are available for providing more economical longer term propping solutions.
