    TUBE MILL CONSISTS THE FOLLOWING UNITS

    PAY OF REALFour jaws mechanical expending type, 4 jaws mounted on sliding sleeveWhich slide on the main spindle expended to 450 mm to 550 mm. The coil mountedon the Jaws and properly on it by the expending jaws.

    PINCH ROLLIt has two stands unite mounted at 35 mm. Thick fabricated bed with strip entry

    guide and worm type gear box to suit the taper roller bearing no. 32208.

    ENTRY GUIDETo maintain the mill center line entry arrangement is provided.

    STRIPE GUIDE ARRANGEMENTBefore the strip is fed to the mill it is properly guided by means of one set ofhorizontal and two set of vertical rollers for its proper positioning.

    STRIP LEVELERThe stripe leveler consists of 5 rolls to level the incoming stripe before its is fed toend shear cutter. There will be a controlling device for movement to the roller.The rollers are made of alloy steel hardened and ground.

    STAMP ROLL STANDA rigid stand mounted with top and bottom stamping rolls will be provided forstamping of company monogram on every 1 mtr. Pipe length.

    FORMING STAND UNITIt consists of performing 4 nos. of driven roll stands made out of steel castingduly machined scraped and lapped finished mill shaft 50 mm duly machinedhardened ground and chrome plated made out of EN-24 material, and mountedon taper roller bearing no. 32208 Fitted on both stands.     PRE- WELDING AND WELDING ROLLS SLIDESFor welding of a tubular edge weld pressure assembly consists of 2 adjustablehousing is provided, it consists of hardened and ground vertical shafts of 50mmdia. mounted on double taper roller bearings.

    TOOL POST

    Scarping arrangement is provided for removable external weld flash. Tool holderis mounted on slide incorporated both vertical and horizontal adjustment.

    IRONING STANDAn I.R. stand is provided to smoothen the excessive hot bead pipe provided.

    COOLING ZONE2meters. long cooling zone is provided for cooling the pipe before the weldedtube reaches sizing section.

    SIZING SECTION STANDSDriven sizing roll stand are identical to fin as well as fin stand. All parts are interchangeable.

    This unit is provided to straightening the pipe immediate after sizing sectionthese slides can be adjustable as well as horizontal.

    CUTTING CAR FLYING SAW TYPE

    It consists of high speed cutting machine for cutting of tube to a required lengthof 3 miters. to 7 miters as soon as the pipe reaches to pre-determined length ofthe pipe clamping taxes place and the carriage moves along with the mill speed.

    RUN OUT TUBERun out table with tube discharger is provided for quick removal of cut piece tothe pipe collecting pocket.

    Operation Sequence Cut-to-length

    Coil is put on saddle and coil car lift the coil & moves to uncoiler side by hydraulic motor.

    The centering of coil between uncoiler cones, up & down hydraulically.

    When coil is pressed by driven snubber roller the coil is pushed forward.

    The peeler table moved by hydraulic cylinder and guides the strip to pinch roller cum

    leveller.

    The machine is put to auto mode.

    The snubber roller is lifted.

    The uncoiled clutch and brake open through sensor.

    Pinch roller cum leveler starts the sheet reaches encoder for correct measuring the strip.

    Encoder gives signal of length and mechanical shear comes in force. The clamping is done

    by hold down rollers pressed by hydraulic cylinder and shear cut the strip.

    At the same line before cutting the hydraulic clutch of pinch roll cum leveller is disengagedto stop further movement during shearing.

    The cut sheet is moved forward by feed roller and sheet comes on stacker. The stacker

    automatically up & down so cut strips are collected.

    The cutters is in top position (Home position) it gives signal for opening clamping and

    pinch roller cum leveler clutch is engaged and strip moves further and cycle is repeated.

    HYRO-TESTER

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:-

    Our HYDRO-TESTER machine is fitted with pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder for

    clamping and ejection of pipes from main frame of the machine. The base frame of thismachine is fabricated out of heavy steels construction (channel 6 x 3). The testing heads

    are mounted on both ends.

    Both the heads are movable for accommodating pipes with help of hydraulic of 5 dia. and

    12 stroke. Pipes of length ranging from 4mtrs to 6mtrs can be tested on this hydro tester.One of the testing heads is fitted with rack and pinion system for adjustment as per

    different lengths. Three sets of clamping jaws which are operated pneumatically are fittedwith ejection device. One intensifier is provided with the machine which is operated by

    hydraulic pump (power pack).In this unit there are two hydraulic cylinder of 4 dia.

    X 12 stroke each, one is water suction and the other is driver cylinder. Both cylinders

    and coupled together. The of this unit is to maintain the required pressure in water

    accumulator. The pipe is fed into this machine from a skid after proper end chamfering.

    These pipes are clamped one by one at first operation, then both the heads come forward

    and low pressure water pre filling starts.

    As soon as this is filled properly the pressure water forced into the pipe as the pressure

    gauge indicated the testing pressure reserve operation is started i.e. water release, headsreversal, de clamping

    ofcont pipe and ejection of pipe. As soon as clamping device tested pipe, another pipe from

    the skid automatically takes the previous position. The machine consists of pneumatic andhydraulic cylinder,

    Solenoid valves, flow switches water accumulator, pre filling low pressure pump high

    pressure pump intensifier, electric motor with starters and control panel.

    STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

    1. PRICE:

    The prices are net prices for delivery ex-works, GHAZIABAD. They are exclusiveof packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, Sales Tax, octroi and any otherstatutory levies etc. All the charges towards the same will be debited to thepurchasers account as applicable at the time of dispatch. The equipment will bedispatched on freight to pay basis and the insurance will have to be arranged by

    the purchaser at his own cost.

    2. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

    Unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing, the terms of paymentare as follows:

    - 50% in advance along with the order.

    3. DELIVERY:

    The delivery period shall be reckoned from the date of receipt of purchaserstechnically and commercially clear order to the date of customers inspection ifany/date of dispatch from our works.

    4. INSPECTION:

    If the purchaser wishes, the equipment may be offered for necessary routinetests to him or a third party authorised by him. However, all necessary expensesin connection with the visit of the personal to our works will have to be borne bythe purchaser. We will give a 10 day notice for the inspection . If the purchaserdoes not turn up during this period, the equipment shall become liable for

    dispatch without inspection.

    5. SUPERVISION OF COMMISSIONING:

    The commissioning of the equipment can be done by a person to be authorisedby us in your team or if desired, we will depute our engineer on receipt of 15 days

    ADVANCE INTIMATION from purchaser for supervision of commissioning. Thecharges for the same will be Rs. 2,000.00 per day (8 hrs duty on or part thereof)which includes service charges or our engineer but excludes lodging, boardingand conveyance at site. However, to & fro travel expenses by air/1st class train

    from GHAZIABAD to the destination will be an addition of the purchasersaccount. Moreover, for speedy execution of the job at site if our engineer has tocome back to our works then to and fro travel expenses incurred in thisconnection will be debited to the purchasers account. The purchaser will have topay the full money in advance for the estimated period for supervison before wedepute our commissioning engineer.

    6. RECOMMENDED SPARES:It is recommended that the purchaser stocks recommended spares with him to

    reduce down time.

    8. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE:We shall not be responsible for delays in fulfilling our obligations may resultdirectly or indirectly from following force major clause:

    Act of God : Earthquakes, floods, storms etc.

All disputes or differences whatsoever arising between the purchaser and U-TECH ENGINEERS. out of the construction, meaning and operation or affect ofthis contract or breach shall be settled by arbitration with the rules of arbitrationof the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made in the pursuance there ofshall be binding on the parties. The venue of such arbitration shall be Delhi.

    10. All goods manufactured by U-TECH ENGINEERS. are made to order.Hence, cancellation of the orders will not be accepted in any circumstances.
