Last summer there were over 450 individual host families offering accommodation across the city. The average price charged was €139 per week or €606 per month

• Light breakfast included - in some cases evening meals are optional extra

• Choose 5 days option if you plan to go home at weekends (7 days also available)

• Flexibility in starting and finishing term - you won’t be paying for your room when college finishes

2TU Dublin Branded AccommodationTU Dublin Branded Accommodation (located close to our campuses) is campus style accommodation created to make your student life an experience to remember.

As TU Dublin embarks on life as a Technological University, we are delighted to announce that we now have our own TU Dublin Branded Student Accommodation.

• Discounted single and twin rooms to TU Dublin students;

• Costs include 7 day week accommodation for the entire academic year;

• Prices for shared rooms range from €99 to €178 per week;

• Prices for Single Ensuite Rooms range from €220 to €232 per week.

The StudentPad, is a one-stop-shop for all information on and can be utilised by all staff, current students and potential students.

TU Dublin’s StudentPad database mainly advertises host family style accommodation; however, there are a limited number of private rental properties advertised on the site. Students wishing to access to Student Pad can do so by registering their details on the site.

• Perspective students, if you have not received your TU Dublin email address yet you can register using your personal email. Please note that using your personal email addresses requires approval, which may take some time.
