Truck to ship-TTS
The LNG truck is connected to the ship
on the quayside, generally using a
flexible hose
Truck to ship LNG bunkering
1
Ship to Ship - STS
A platform with loading arms/flexible
hoses will be necessary to deliver the
LNG as a marine fuel for bunker ships. Shore to ship - TPS
In Shore to Ship bunkering, or
“terminal-to-ship via pipeline”
(TPS), the LNG is bunkered
directly from a storage tank.
Pipelines from the terminal to
the quay are needed if the
LNG terminal is not directly
situated at the berth.

vessels are modular,
prefabricated in factory in
sections off-site, which
reduces site costs.

LNG conventional terminal KRK, Croatia
12/09/2018
FEED for design of a Conventional
receiving terminals (LNG hubs) in the
large-scale LNG chain are also located
by the coast in the KRK Island so that
LNG carriers can arrive and unload the
cargo.
The terminal includes LNG storage facilities, in the range of 2x
180,000 m3, designed to receive at least the full capacity of the
allocated LNG carrier. The LNG is regasified at the hub, and the main
distribution channel for the consumers is normally a national, high-
pressure, natural gas pipeline.

The process lines
The loading bay The weighbridge
The required utilities
The area gas and fire detection and monitoring
The truck filling computer building
The trucks will arrive through ferries and will leave the island
by the same way when loaded.
