Briefly TTGV

It is a non-governmental, non-profit organization.

It was established under private law;

can use and manage government funding

can act as a financial intermediary for transferring grant

and soft loan to private sector.

It was founded in 1991 by private companies and government

entities, as well as umbrella organizations and individuals;

is accountable, flexible, dynamic and transparent

acts as a bridge between government and private sector.

It has a light structure with 40 full time employees, but are

supported by a pool of 1500 experts from industry,

government and universities.

This program aims decreasing GHG emissions by removing

financial barriers for energy efficiency investments of industry,

decreasing energy intensity of Turkish industry, promoting

Energy Audits by Industry.

Target audience of this program are the

industrial companies which use energy

intensely in their processes.

Project Duration Max 1,5 year

Support Amount 1.000.000 $

Support Ratio Max. %50 of the project budget

Re-Payment 1 year grace period, 4 years in total with no interest

Service Fee 6% of support budget (%3+%3)

Guarantee Changes according to the project risks and companies financial status

Application File: Detailed technical and financial information regarding project, fiscal information regarding company

Evaluation of projects based on the pre-identified criteria by taking the opinions of external experts. Determination of guarantee ratio.

Signing the contract with company after the guarantee letter is taken

Providing the support amount to company based on the expenses. Technical and financial monitoring of project

Development of flexible EE Support model that can be configured based on

each project

• Providing a better response to market conditions, and different types of

projects
