    the production of content for the formal learning

    scenario (Learning Content Management System).

    The software is designed to support every

    phase of your project – from the planning and

    design phase right up to the publication of

    Learning Content Management System

    Software solutions dedicated to the storage

    and maintenance of learning content are known as

    Learning Content Management Systems. They

    encompass everything from the creation and sav-

    ing of learning content, including subsequent

    reuse, right up to the automated display of training

    material.

    ponent. With tt guide at their side, your employees

    Both forms of learning – formal learning

    and Performance Support – have their

    own strengths and weaknesses. In the case

    of formal learning, knowledge is con-

    veyed in a structured and systematic man-

    ner. Alas, it is safe to assume that course

    participants will have forgotten over

    half of what they learned one hour after

    training. And they'll only have retained

    a third of their new-found knowledge by

    the next day. Knowledge is retained (or

    rekindled) only in cases where the new

    information is immediately applied.

    Authors will quickly get the hang of

    tt knowledge force thanks to its highly

    intuitive user interface. Its design and

    layout are inspired by MS Office, making it

    much easier for users to find their bear-

    ings. The functions are sorted and arranged

    in accordance with their frequency of

    use, thereby ensuring optimal ergonomics.

    The software's "What you see is what you

    get" principle is an extremely practical

    feature, as this gives the author a preview

    during the actual creation process of

    how the learners will subsequently be

    guided through the training.

    The two text-to-speech cloud services from

    Acapela and ReadSpeaker can be seam-

    lessly integrated. Content can be preselec-

    ted for users based on their function –

    or "role" – within the company and made

    available in a targeted manner. This

    means that they only have to deal with con-

    tent that is actually relevant to their needs.

    tt guide allows your employees to access

    information and learning content directly

    at their workstation and exactly at the

    moment when assistance is required. A

    big help to users, especially when deal-

    ing with workflows which are new, com-

    plex, modified or rarely used.

    Whenever users are at a loss as to how

    to proceed, they just have to click the

    Help button to access immediate custom-

    ized support. This is possible due to

    the fact that all content has been tailored

    in advance to match the employee's

    respective function, or role, within the com-

    pany. Not only that, but content is also

    linked to the business applications (the all-

    important context) that are relevant to

    their position. As a general rule of thumb,

    help should become available after a

    requirement, employees can choose

    between simple field helps, innovative step

    lists (guides), self-learning material, process

    flows or detailed information. The vari-

    ous Help categories on offer, also known

    easy-to-use tool for the recording of new

    guides. Its user interface features all

    essential functions and can be operated

    intuitively. This makes it not just ideal
