OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015
To the Board of Directors of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited Mumbai
We have reviewed the unaudited consolidated linancial results of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited (the '·Holding Company") and its subsidiaries/Associates (collectively referred to as "the Group") for the quarter
and nine months ended December 31. 2019. The Statement is being subP1 1tted by the Holding Company
pursuant to the requirement or Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligatio l'i and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended (the "Listing Regulation .. ).
The preparation of the Statement in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down
in Indian Accounting Standard 34, (Ind AS 34) "Interim Financial Repo11ing" prescribed under Section 133
of the Companies Act, 20 I 3, as amended, read with relevant rules issued hereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in lndia is the responsibility of the Holding Company's management and has
been approved by the Board of Directors. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statemem based on our review.
We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410, 'Review o.f
Interim Financial Information Petjormed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity', specified under Section
143 (I 0) of the Companies Act, 20 I 3. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the consolidated financial results are free of material misstatement. A
review is limited primarily to inquiries of Company personnel and analytic8l procedures applied to financial data and thus provides Jess assurance than an audit. \.\ e haw not performed dll audit and accordingly, we do
not express an audit opinion.
We also performed procedures in accordance with the circular issued by th EBI under Regulation 33(8) of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 20 l 5, as amended. to the extent
applicable.
