Once the list of player is prepared, no changes will be allowed. * Referee's decision will be final. * All teams should report 30 minutes before scheduled time at respective venue for fixtures. * Team will be disqualified if they fail to reach venue within scheduled time. * Misbehavior on or off the field at any point during the event will result in disqualification of team from the tournament. Any change in the schedule of the match will be announced. * For the Inauguration ceremony, sports uniform for participants & flags of respective colleges are necessary. It is compulsory for all the participants to participate in the March Pass. * I-Card, Original Fee Receipt and Bonafide Certificate of must be produced at the time of registration and also before each match. * Year down students are not allowed to participation. * In case of protest, submit RS 500/- as protest fees with application within one hour before match finishes. **All the Rights are reserved for organizing committee.

Signing of undertaking by the sports in charge/physical director/principal is must. Otherwise teams will not be allowed to participate.

All the teams participating in 'IMPULSE 2K16' coming from outside Kolhapur district will be given accommodation by TKIET under the following conditions - 1. Cash of 500/- has to be deposited as a confirmation of your accommodation. The deposit amount will be refunded. 2. In case of misbehavior of any kind, organizing committee reserves the right to take any proper action, even to the extent of confiscating the security deposit and registration fees, cancelling the participation of the concerned college, escorting them off the campus and sending a report of the misconduct to the head of the concerned institution. 3. Extra accommodation and boarding facilities will be charged as applicable.

1. Report at the TKIET, Warananagar Campus help desk where you will be informed about your accommodation details. 2. TKIET will provide you mattrecss, bed sheets, pillow and blankets. 3. If you have not registered beforehand, TKIET will not be responsible for your accommodation. 4. Per head expenditure of accommodation and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be charged 600/- for two days. Teams should report and complete the registration at TKIET Gymkhana on or before 9.00 A.M and should be present on the ground at10:30A.M. for march pass at the Inaugural Ceremony on 20/02/2016. 5. Apart from this you can make arrangements of your own as per your convenience.
