TS Travel Corporate is able to arrange not only Leisure Travel Insurance for itsclients but also Corporate Travel In- surance, which covers everything fromoverseas medical expenses and lug-gage loss to delays, hijacking or kidnapping .Pay the annual corporate travel insur- ance fee and you will be covered for all business and personal travel, both overseas and domestic, for the period of12 months. Low Cost Air Domestic Quote

Low Cost Air is one of TS Travel Corporate’s newest domestic booking tools. Its purpose is to locate all Domestic and Trans Tasman fares, including all low cost internet only fares, and compare the fare levels in one simple screen shot. The system automatically searches for fares one hour before and after the requested time, offering our clients the option of taking up a cheaper fare at a different time, if their business schedule allows it. Thisnew tool can cut 80% of the time it would usually take to do a low-cost car-

rier search on individual carrier websites. The easy quotation is emailed to our clients within seconds of our search and offers a much quicker and moreefficient way of quoting domestic and Trans Tasman fares

Online Booking Engine Galileo Online Booking Engine link can be found on the home page of our website and is a useful tool to search for and book domestic flights, hotels and car hire. Clients can also search for maps or enjoy useful links for currency converters, weather updates and more. TS Travel is currently in the process of Upgrading this back office system. Soon after our move we will be able to offer a brand new online booking engine (OBE), which will be moresuitable for the corporate client and will offer management information report-

Coordinators Manual

The Coordinators manual is a publication which lists all TS Travel Corporate’s ser- vices from A-Z. This handy manual includes all relevant details on how to book your domesticand international air, car and hotels with TS Travel Corporate. It provides a full ex- planation of our additional services such as limousine transfers, visa preparation, Frequent Flyer bookings, conferencing and incentives, refunds, unused tickets and much more. It also features all of our templates such as Traveler Profile, Credit Card Authority etc. This manual has been designed mainly for the PAs or the travel bookers who may need to find out more about a service that they may not have yet used. Viewtrip

Viewtrip is a web based engine that links directly into TS Travel Corporate’s reserva- tion system. It enables our clients to view up to the minute live travel itineraries. It is a great tool for travellers or PAs to view their current booking file and to monitor the status of waitlisted flights, car or hotelbookings without having to contact us. Travel coordinators and travellers can access their itineraries live via the internet 24 hoursa day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world; a great tool when travellers mis-

place their itinerary whilst away. Viewtrip itineraries can be printed or forwarded, as long as the traveller has access to the internet and can access our website. Hotel Rates Negociation

Hotel Rates Negotiation is part of our corporate travel management solution and is available to all of our corporate clients. Depending on client needs and intended frequency of stays, TS Travel Corporate can negotiate a special nightly rate for particular room types in individual hotels or hotel chains of the client’s choice. Annual travel reviews are a part of our full corporate travel management solution and can be arranged to suit individual client’s needs. TS Travel Corporate prepares a Monthly Leisure Specials Page, which is distributed via email to both our corporate and leisure clients. We try to provide a variety of Leisure Specials such as 4 packages, generally for in-ternational destinations, ranging from 3 to 7 nights with some enticing inclusions as well as some domestic packages with great added extras.Packages include airfares and accommodation. Extras can often include breakfast daily, transfers, free nights or special offers for kids. All of these are special deals that we search for in the monthly supplier updates in order to satisfy the needs of all our clients and assist them with choosing the perfect holiday for themselves and their families.
