Ms. Ngai-Crim joins Palm Valley Academy

coming from Ocean Palms where she was the school

counselor for four years. Previously, she was a school

counselor at Liberty Pines Academy. She also taught

exceptional students in Georgia before moving to St.

Augustine. Ms. Ngai-Crim graduated with a Bachelor of

Arts in Deviant Behavior and Social Control from John Jay

College of Criminal Justice. She earned her Master of Art

and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from

Teachers College, Columbia University. She also has a

Master of Education in Special Education from Grand

Canyon University. Ms. Ngai-Crim is a native New Yorker

and is a fan of the Giants, Yankees, and Knicks. She enjoys

spending time with her family, traveling to new

places, and shopping for shoes &

dresses.
