- Indonesia government refers to HS (Harmonized System) Code- HS Code is an international commodity classification system which

is to classify various of commodity (import goods), and then to be determined how much its import duty and import tax.

- HS Code is developed in Indonesia by under Custom Department. Concerned with it, Custom Department publish “BUKU TARIF BEA MASUK INDONESIA 2007” as guidance for import goods

- Master list is a list of commodity (import goods) without importduty and import tax, such for: Import goods are still not produced yet in Indonesia Import goods have been produced in Indonesia but still not comply

with specification as needed. Import goods have been produced but the number is still not

adequate for industry need

- Berthing position of vessel:- Cross-side position against jetty- Along-side position against jettyNote: need confirmation to Port Department

- Considerations during unstuffing process:1. Provide lay-down as temporary staging at jetty area need MoC2. Ensure availability of crane and forklift at jetty area need confirmation to Port Department3. Availability of truck/trailer/lowboy for mob/demob4. Provide man power (safety, supervisor, operator, rigger, helper, etc) and provide mobile truck at lay-down project5. Provide tools (shackles, wire sling, webbing sling, wood, rope, body harness, ladder, portable lighting, etc)6. Provide documents (MoC, work permit, JHA/JSA, lifting plan, etc)7. Knowing free time schedule of vessel and avoid demurrage
