Chav: He’s so annoying, you

wouldn’t even say ‘Hi’ at school, but he

seems to be interested in this

‘Jesus’ stuff. Or is he just waiting to nick

the youth group PlayStation?

Prostitute: She’s a local legend, you’ve heard all the stories! The church outreach team have been taking her cups of tea for a while but now she’s

come along to find out why they even bother talking to her.

Bully: He’s intimidating and has a short temper – it may have been a few years ago but you still

remember him beating up your best mate’s little brother. So why is he here?

Ex-drug addict: She says she’s cleaned up but she doesn’t look it… Her little kid has started

coming to toddler’s group, but she doesn’t really fit in with the rest of the mums – she’s only a few

years older than you!

Homeless: He’s dirty, he smells and you already have to try and avoid him every time you go down the high street – but he hasn’t asked for money

yet. Maybe he just wants to use the loo and stay out

of the rain, somewhere warm and dry…

New kid: She’s posh, a bit nerdy and just moved here – she misses her old, mega-

successful, church but has loads of ideas to help make yours even better!
