    PURPOSE OF DEVELOPMENT

    In most building sites of apartments, shortage of skilled workers and increasi

    ng depreciation cost of material due to super high rising trend of apartments ar

    e common problems to face.

    To solve these problems, several methods of AL-FORM SYSTEM & N.S FORM

    and others were tried, but to create another problems of schedule delay and hi

    gh cost due to shortage of skilled expertise manpower. And characteristics of tr

    aditional work method generate quality and safety problems due to leveling of

    slab and narrow work space.

    GENERAL REMARKS AND FURTHER SUBJECTS

    FORMAPLYTRUSS BEAM Thank You

    Various advantages of quality, cost and process by applying truss beams can be confirmed to using existent method. Based on this, not only short term but also continuous application of this can make possible to standardize framed structure and to accumulate and increase reducing effect of cost down.

    Currently, total work schedule is shortened by framed structure schedule (6 daysCycle) and application of finish TACT.Herein, major point to shorten work schedule is how much early finish work can be input. Major impact on input of finish work in building APT is quick lift of heavymaterial.

    Considering conveying of bricks start after installing hoist and stacking work of 8~10 floors is completed, work schedule can be shortened by using truss beam, because that TACT method of narrowed space can be applied by securing lower sp

    ace of truss beam to store material earlier.
