After you hit the RESET button, close your web browser and restart it to see if the website loads correctly now. You may have to set some of your past preferences again, such as a homepage, etc. But this should get rid of any bad settings that would prevent a web page from loading properly. REINSTALL JAVA You might also check and see if your Javascript is working correctly. You can go to to this website, http://www.java.com, and see if it loads correctly. You’ll know if it’s working if you see a bunch of pictures loading and some animation on the screen. If you don’t have it and the website detects that you don’t have it (and you’ll know) you can click on the link below to install it. Most computers have this running already and it should not be an issue. Click this link to install Java http://jdl.sun.com/webapps/getjava/BrowserRedirect?locale=en&host=www.java.com:80

INSTALL A DIFFERENT BROWSER Try a different web browser. You could easily do the same by just installing the browser to see if it works for you. If it doesn’t work for FireFox also, then you have something else going on with your computer rather than web browser issues. Try the FireFox3 browser, and hopefully that’s as far as you have to go. Click this link to install FireFox3 http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.0.4&os=win&lang=en-US
