Difference between Weather and Climate

• Weather: is the day to day condition of the atmosphere.

• This includes temperature, rainfall and wind.

• Climate: is the average weather conditions of a place, usually measured over one year.

• This includes temperature and rainfall.

The warmest areas in the world• High temperatures all year,

on average 25 Celsius.• Lot of rainfalls all year, on

average, 2000mm.• Examples: Amazon Basin,

Congo• These areas are located

between the tropic of cancer and the tropic of capricorn.
