Generic Process• Send the simple ‘3/3’ questionnaire to relevant people (type and number

of recipients depends on the application – see further)

• Generic process is for recipients of questionnaires to send responses to coach ( having completed the questionnaire by answering the questions with good examples, honest, respectful and a mind-set to help for future development). Coach collates responses under each question (not attributable) and gives the output to individual or team concerned prior to coaching session to allow coachee or team to consider the feedback prior to discussing with coach during coaching session.

• N B: Simplicity is that the information can be requested by email. No fancy on line tools needed. Quick, fast, simple and ‘own words’ are used (which always say so much) – no competencies ‘hypo bole’. The questions can be adapted to many applications.

colleague makes? • Q: What are the three things you would like this person to start doing more of? • Q: What are the three things you would like this person to start doing less of? • Q: What are the three things you would like this person to stop doing?

• Q: What are the three things you would you like this person to start doing? • Q: Wild Card.. say here anything else that you feel is relevant and helpful to

your colleague

Some Applications • Individual 360 : send questionnaire to individual (re self)/line

manager/team colleagues/subordinates/potentially (if appropriate) customer or external work contacts) . All responses collated by each question by Coach and shared and discussed with individual (responses non attributable) . Teams :whether Leadership Team ie of peers ‘180’: or an Individual’s own team that they lead or a virtual team or a project team – same process ie that questionnaires are completed by individuals on themselves and also for each of their colleagues in leadership team. And/or also re: how the overall team functions. All responses are collated by Coach/Facilitator for each individual. Responses are anonymous. Members in team are paired as learning partners to discuss their individual results and the overall results of how the overall team is perceived. Team members are invited to share views/insights how the information is used to move forward depends on the overall team development process but usually a series of commitment statements are drawn up on a flip and taken forward into workplace.
