NOTIFICATION.
In pursuance of th.e Notification issued by the Governlnent of Tripura inthe Labour Department (Factories & Boilers Organisation) vide No.7(121)-FB/AM/2007/1400, dated, 13.08.2013, the State Government is pleased tomake the following guidelines for preparation of Plan drawing of the proposedfactory building/ shed including site plan etc.:-
1. The drawing should have a clear margin on aU sides of not less than 2-crri.
2. The drawing sheet should be big enough to a.ccornrrrode.te the Plan-view of the factory building with layout of rna.cb.irae s superimposed onit, front-elevation, cross sectional view of the factory building /shed~d Site-plan in one sheet.
3. On below right-hal'id corner of the drawing sheet,. there has to be an~un.e-plate indicating the name, address of the proposed factory, scalein. which the drawing is rnade, ruarrreof person who has prepared thedrawing, rnarrreof person who has checked ,it, drawing number, if anyetc.
4. On top right-hand corner of the drawing sheet, the site-plan (in stcerch)has to be a.ccorrrrnociaued., showing the surroundings of the plot of landon which the prop·osed factory is likely to be situated and alsoindicating some known landmark of that area by taking reference froInwhich one rnay re,ach the factory site. The NoJ;th-South direction has tobe indicated. Also, within the factory premises, buildings other thanthe main process area like go-down / stores,. canteen, car Zcycjestand,pump house, workers' rest roorri / residential accommodation forworkers, kitchen, latrine & urinal facilities, water tank' "(~verhead /underground), open-yard, internal roads etc., need be indicated in thesite plan.
5. The Plan view of the building / shed where rnairi rnarrufactu rrngprocess shall t.a.lce place should be shown clearly with d.irnerraioris,entry / exit positions, positions of doors / Rolling shutters andwindows, Layou t of tnachines with dimensions, distance from nearby,
