MetroEach person will get a unlimited subway
pass. This is a seven day pass and we will collect them at the end and donate them to HI international to give to other guests.
Chaperones:Will be given student information on a need-to-know basis. Will be given a “check-in” student that isn’t their child (We
expect you to be their parent buddy for the week ). Should let us know your cell phone number for our list. Will meet daily in the morning to go over the day’s
schedules. We’ll figure out the meeting place when we see the dorms.
Should expect polite and respectful behavior from everyone. Let a teacher know if you are having any issues with a student.
Should expect students to clean up after themselves. “Please don’t make work for other people” will be our motto!
Enjoy and get to know each child who is with you. We do most things in small groups, so you can build relationships with the students on the team.
Are GREATLY APPRECIATED! We are hoping that this trip will be as much fun for the adults as it has in the past. We really believe this is why so many parents volunteer to come.
