Portfolio wall planks can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally and are

an architectural element that will transform your space. Portfolio wall planks

come in random lengths between 12”-48” with over 80% of the boards in a

carton being the full 48” length. Rustic charm or understated cosmopolitan, these

wall planks are suited for both residential or commercial interiors.

Portfolio wall planks are engineered from 100% real wood. Constructed with an

HDF core and completed with a front and back face veneer that is finished

with WearMax - making the planks both DURABLE & FLEXIBLE.

Engineered with a SHIPLAP EDGE so the surface behind the planks does not

peek through regardless of a change in seasons and humidity.

Construction

CONSTRUCTION: 3 ply construction with wood fiber core and hardwood backer that creates a consistent rendition of varies species.

FINISH: 3 coat uv matt finish or a patent pending, stain pigment infusing process that creates a consistent rendition of varies species.

SPECIES: backer veneer: northern hard maple; top veneer: white oak, maple, or walnut

DIMENSIONS: 1/4” thickness, 5.1” Width, random lengths 12” to 48” (80% full length)

CORE: high density wood fiber board made with 100% recycled forest content.

TEXTURE: smooth or brushed depending on pattern

EDGE PROFILE: ship lap joint with micro bevel

FIRE RATING: (ASTM E 84) 100 CLASS C, with optional CLASS A coating

To protect the surface, a uv cured, low gloss finish is applied. The wall is then easily

maintained by cleaning with water and a damp cloth.

The 3 layered engineered plank uses a high density fibreboard core that is

sandwiched between two hardwood veneers and has a precision ship lap joint milled

on its long sides. The result is a light and stable plank that is only 1/4” thick, yet 5.1”

Wide, with lengths from 12” to 48”.

These ultra thin planks have a peel and stick industrial bonding tape on the back which allows them to be easily mounted to virtually any structurally sound flat surface including ceilings.

With just a couple of hand tools the wall can be installed in an afternoon without the need of removing baseboards, door casing or reworking electrical receptacles.

Matching trim pieces are available for open wall applications like contemporary headboard walls and corner trim pieces that will give the project a professional look.

TRIM PIECES AVAILABLE IN EVERY COLOR

One style trim piece (overlap edge) can be used to cap wall in any direction or with two pieces as an inside/outside corner.

Trim Pieces are offered in all wall planks colors

Size per piece: 48” X 2” X 3/8” (One trim piece is required for every 4 FT of coverage you will need)
