MOTIVATINGTEAMS

WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?The ability to motivate a team is what can set a coach above all others. Ask yourself the following questions:

• How do you promote team ethic?• How can you motivate players to train in winter?• Do your teams work for each other above themselves?• How do you challenge star players to want to be even better?

By the end of this course you will have addressed all of these. The course uses recent psychological research presented in a way that can help coaches improve their motivational skills.
