Full-time students who are not on probation cantake a maximum of 20 credit hours and a minimumof 3 subjects and a maximum of 10 credit hours in a14 lecture-week trimester

A student who is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineeringdegree shall only be allowed to register a maximumof 18 credit hours and a minimum of 3 subjects inthe 14 lecture-week trimester

Probation student will only be allowed to take a

maximum of 12 credit hours.

2 July : Student Status Checking ( StudentStatus : ACTIVE however did not register anysubject)

ERU will generate the list of students who have notregistered for any subject in this trimester but at thesame time, their status is still "ACTIVE".

Should you are in this category, you are required totake action as per stated below:

a) Should you are not able to register a subject dueto financial problem, medical problem, academicproblem etc - kindly consult the Counselor at STADOffice. Later you may be required to apply for Leaveof Absence. The last date to apply for Leave ofAbsence for this trimester is on 19 July 2013.

b) Should you are not interested to continue yourstudies at MMU, you may apply for withdrawal ofstudies. The withdrawal form can be obtained fromStudent Service Center (SSC).
