We use #304 grade stainless steel in our products. It contains a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel to retain an austenitic

structure at all temperatures. Grade #304 is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical

composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and oxidation resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless

steel.

Teak is a close grained hardwood with a high natural oil con-tent. It is highly resistant to rotting and almost impervious to

the effects of sun, rain, frost or snow. These characteristics make it the ideal timber for all outdoor applications. Many other

hardwoods are used for outdoor furniture and some are even marketed as ‘teak substitutes’. However, there is no substitute for teak and no other hardwood will perform to the same stan-

dard as teak in outdoor conditions.

STAINLESS STEEL

We use #304 grade stainless steel in our products. It contains minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel to retain an austenitic structure at all temperatures. Grade #304 is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and corrosion/oxidation resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless steel.

It is used in all industrial, commercial and domestic fields because of its good cor-rosion and heat resisting properties. The surface finish on Stainless Steel is finely developed and maintained during finish-ing process to ensure pleasing aesthetic appearance of Stainless Steel.

TEAK

Teak is a close grained hardwood with high natural oil content. It is highly re-sistant to rotting and almost impervious to the effects of sun, rain, frost or snow. These characteristics make it the ideal timber for all outdoor applications. Many other hardwoods are used for outdoor furniture and some are even marketed as ‘teak substitutes’, however, there is no substitute for teak and no other hard-wood will perform to the same standard as teak in outdoor conditions.

Only premium grade plantation grown teak is used in Triconville furniture. The features of premium grade teak are con-sistent grain structure, the absence of knots, splits or cracks. All teak furniture comes in natural smooth finish.

MAINTENANCE

Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion. Natural hazards such as dust and moisture in the air can attack the finish on this type of outdoor furni-ture. A regular cleaning of stainless steel frames is required on a monthly basis to remove the natural deposits, salts. Use fresh water only; spray the frames down thoroughly at a high hose pressure. A soft dusting cloth can then be used to enhance the surface.

MAINTENANCE

Teak does not require any special main-tenance routine. Left outside, the ex-posed surfaces of the furniture will be-come a soft silvery grey in color. Besides, weather will cause some surface erosion leading to slight surface roughness, pos-sible mildew and checking. Checking is a natural process that occurs when teak develops small cracks in the end grain. However, this does not affect the dura-bility of teak furniture.

RECLAIMED TEAK

Reclaimed teak is tremendously durable and retains its integrity in the face of expected knocks and marks that a well used piece of furniture will experience. Reclaimed teak has exposed over the years, created mature seeds, beauti-ful and rich colors such as forest plan-tations. It is a very hard weight, strong wood, common oily to the touch. This oil on teak wood makes it very robust. Most sustainable furniture made from hard-wood recycled or reclaimed because it is the most durable and life family-proof. Notches and scratches are an integral part of the furniture, and an aide mem-oire of the chronological quality of the wood.

ALL WEATHER WICKER

All our wicker furniture is hand woven with Viro® and RehauTM fiber, both pre-mium synthetic Polyethylene fibers. It is highly flexible, UV and weather resistant. This fiber is designed to be insensitive to temperature differences ranging be-tween -25C-70C. It is 100% recyclable and resistant to chlorine and salt water.

Our fiber is guaranteed for 3 years from delivery to withstand fading, weathering or cracking. The mechanical and physi-cal properties have been tested by the Sentra Teknologi Polimer, Indonesia and the productivity and Standard Board, Singapore in accordance with the test methods issued by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Organization for Stan-dardization (ISO).

BATYLINE®

Batyline® is made by a French com-pany, Ferrari, and is widely used in pre-mium outdoor furniture. Batyline® is an extremely durable and high quality material consisting of a polyester fiber covered by a coating of PVC, making it nearly impossible to tear. It is 100% syn-thetic and resistant to rot and mildew. It is highly resistant to UV radiation and fading. It can withstand temperature ex-tremes, ranging from -30C to 70C. It is an ideal material to be used near swimming pools or other aggressive environments with chlorine or salt water. Sagging is minimal as it has a maximum stretch of 3%. It also has a “memory” - it will slowly regain its original shape after it has used, especially when placed out in the sun.

VIRO® ROD FIBER PATENTED KUBU GREY COLOR

Detailed all weather wicker Kubu Grey is arise by a sophisticated process which give an aged look and feel like a natural rattan.

While this is a special design of Viro®, yet it is still highly flexible, UV and weather resistant, insensitive to temperature dif-ferences ranging between -25C-70C and 100% recyclable and resistant to chlo-rine and salt water. The guarantee also remain the same as other Viro®’s prod-ucts.

The fact that there is no moisture ab-sorption results in quick-drying action, little sensitivity to staining, and simplic-ity in cleaning. Batyline® fabrics can be cleaned by just the wipe of a sponge with soapy water. Scouring agents and sol-vents are to be strictly avoided!

Batyline® fabrics dry very quickly be-cause of their open structure. They allow you to take advantage of the shortest sunny period and stay cool even in full sunshine. Batyline® thread has an anti-fungal treatment.

Being a synthetic material, our all weath-er wicker outdoor furnitures requires almost no maintenance. If a piece gets dirty, it can simply be hosed off with wa-ter. For tougher grime, wash with a mild soap.
