!NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission will consider an application from Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma

County. The applicant is requesting Planning Commission’s input via a Preliminary Review for a four-unit townhome project located at 333 N Main St. Potential entitlements include a proposed subdivision, a use permit, and variances for FAR and parking minimums. Note this is a Preliminary Review only, and no decisions will be made at this meeting. The applicant will need to submit a formal application to proceed with the project.

Anyone interested may attend and be heard at this meeting. The Environmental Coordinator has determined that this project is categorically exempt from the

California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or

someone else raised at the public meeting described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Sebastopol at or prior to the public meeting.

A copy of the application is available for public review on the City’s web site at www.ci.sebastopol.ca.us/Meeting-Event. A copy of the staff report will be made available the Thursday before the scheduled meeting at the website above.
