the equipment procurement process needs work (suchas ATK, computer, desk / work chair, air conditioning,etc.), as well as a means or other supporting facilities(such as operational vehicles, office boys, securityguards, telephone operators, ff.) with fast, accurate /quality and in accordance with the prescribed budget.

- Conduct a needs assessment of the budget for theprocurement and maintenance of the entire facility andoffice support activities for the one submitted to the

finance department and management company forbudgeted and approved.

- Perform maintenance activities on all facilities andsupporting facilities, as well as make the process ofreplacing the top fasiltias / support facilities damaged.

- Fostering relationships with vendors or suppliers ofgoods and services facilities / infrastructure office andassist in handling the complaint on the vendor / supplierincluding a follow-up memorandum handling payments/ invoices or contract with a related party.

- Create, run and develop work systems / procedures forthe procurement and maintenance of supportingfacilities work.

- Conduct a survey rate of satisfaction with the serviceprovided to all employees / units within the company forthe purpose of quality improvement / quality, accuracyand speed of the service provided.
