• Negative feedback can be easier to analyse and use
• It’s just as important to analyse and respond to positive feedback

Where to start• Read the comments on your Trial papers
• IGNORE THE NUMBER AND LOOK AT THE WORDS
• Make a summary of the comments for each section
• Identify the different types of comments
• Are the comments similar for each section?
• Are there more comments of one type?
• Make a list or a table of your strengths and weaknesses
• Create an action plan
