• Region hosts over 3.5 million ounces of gold discovered to date
• 27 km prospective gold trend– 125 km2 of 100%-owned claims and an option to earn 96% interest in 2 km2 of patented claims
• Bounded by 6 past-producing gold mines; Pickle Lake District & Dona Lake Mine to the east & Golden Patricia Mine to the west
• Historic, partially-delineated gold deposit on patent claims optioned from Barrick Gold core the western half of the property
• Eastern half of the property surrounds Ardiden Ltd’s Kasagiminnis gold deposit & covers this prospective trend to the east & west
• Located 310 km north of Thunder Bay, Ontario adjoining paved highway and power lines
• Gold occurrences identified by Tri Origin share important similarities to the world-class Bousquet/LaRonde District in Quebec

• A non-compliant 43-101 resource was calculated in the 1980’s • The deposit remains open at depth and both directions along strike

• Significant, partially-delineated gold deposit discovered in the 1950’s
• Multiple gold occurrences in iron-formation and pyritic “quartz-sericite-schist” detected along a 15 km long trend across the property
• New Tri Origin targets identified through its surface field surveys and drilling are along strike east and west of the known deposit on patent claims
TOE:TSX-V TOE:TSX-V THE WESTERN ABITIBI SUBPROVINCE
The Abitibi is one of the world’s most prolific gold belts
producing more than 170 Moz to date
AT NORTH ABITIBI; Tri Origin has recognized outstanding exploration potential
where only the very near-surface environment of gold deposits has been investigated. Other occurrences remain
overlooked and no recent work has been completed.
North Abitibi is one of Tri
Origin’s key gold properties located in the northwest segment of the Abitibi
along a well-mineralized trend.

• 100% interest, 50 km2 property along the Casa Berardi Break – host to six current and past-producing mines in Quebec representing over 3 Moz gold produced to date
• No production from Ontario (yet!) – poor access, overburden cover & ineffective techniques have hindered past exploration efforts
• Substantial gold discoveries made in the 1980’s but only explored to shallow depths • Tri Origin has utilized modern “deep-penetrating” geophysical techniques to identify three important gold zones
and numerous other targets that are drill-ready

TOE:TSX-V TOE:TSX-V SIGNIFICANT GOLD OCCURRENCES
• North Abitibi hosts the most extensive gold occurrences on the Ontario side of the Casa Berardi trend
• Except for Tri Origin, very little work has occurred in the region over the past 30 years
• Recent logging and opening of the Detour Lake Mine 50 km to the north has greatly improved access and infrastructure

NIPISSING COBALT AND SOUTH ABITIBI
• Tri Origin’s Nipissing Cobalt and South Abitibi properties overlie a complex and metal-rich geological environment
• Cobalt Plate sedimentary rocks & Nipissing diabase cover prospective Abitibi Greenstone Belt rocks across both properties
• The properties extend over a large segment of “Temiskaming Rift” , a deep crustal structure
• “World-class” gold & base metal districts occur to the north in the Abitibi
• The Cobalt Ag-Co District is within the Cobalt plate immediately east and northeast of Tri Origin’s properties
• Diamondiferous kimberlites are known adjacent to the properties along the rift
TOE:TSX-V TOE:TSX-V DIAMOND EXPLORATION
• Tri Origin is one of the largest landholders in the district
• Diamondiferous kimberlite has previously been identified along the rift west & northwest of Cobalt
• Additional potential for cobalt-silver in Cobalt Plate rocks and for Abitibi-type gold & base metal deposits in covered Abitibi Greenstone Belt rocks
• Agreements reached with De Beers Canada Inc for both the South Abitibi & Nipissing Cobalt properties
• De Beers is fully-funding preliminary drill testing of targets it has identified as possible kimberlitic rock
• Diamond evaluations will be conducted if warranted

• An exploration moratorium (the Bear Island Land Caution) was in effect over much of the area from 1973 for almost 30 years – leaving the South Abitibi area overlooked
• Because of this, the properties have not been explored for precious & base metals in many decades

Tri Origin has completed; • Regional airborne “VTEM”

• Preliminary diamond drilling A number of gold, copper, nickel, silver & cobalt occurrences have been identified which warrant more detailed work
TOE:TSX-V TOE:TSX-V PLANS & NEWS FLOW EARLY 2020
GOLD ASSETS: Pickle Lake (Red Lake-Uchi) & Abitibi Districts: DRILLING
Sky Lake: • Koval gold deposit partially delineated in the 1950’s is targeted for drilling to determine if a
viable resource can be delineated • Competitor company plans a significant resource delineation drill program at its deposit
along trend from Koval and encircled by Tri Origin’s regional claims
North Abitibi: • Extensive, drill-ready gold occurrences in a productive belt. Drilling required to test
economic significance of deep targets below known gold zones • Competitor companies along trend immediately west and to the east have significant drill
programs planned at known gold zones
Cobalt District: MONITOR DIAMOND EVALUATION WORK Nipissing Cobalt: • De Beers agreement to conduct preliminary drilling to test targets and evaluate for
diamonds if warranted
South Abitibi: • De Beers agreement to conduct preliminary drilling to test targets and evaluate for
diamonds if warranted
Tri Origin respects local communities in its project areas and conducts exploration in an environmentally-friendly fashion.
