EverStar Realty is pleased to be resuming the survey, and we will be conducting it twice a year in the Spring and Fall. The last market wide survey was published in September 2011, so you will notice a gap in the data. The information in the survey was gathered by calling each property. In the instances in which we were not able to make direct contact with a property, we gathered information from property websites.
