Son of S.no 158. in the year 1405-06 the Portuguese came to Srilanka and friendship treaty signed between them. The Treaty gave them the right to build a fort in Colombo. After dispute Portuguese took tax from the Kingdom.

162Vijaybahu (Fifth) 1527 A.D. There was a battle with the Portuguese and terror kept of increasing.

163Bhuvnekhbahu (Seventh) 1534 A.D.

Son of S.no. 160. He was dissapointed with his son and hence decided to give the kingdom to his grandson Dharampal. He made a statue of Dharampal and sent a golden crown to the king of Portugal to have the statue crowned by him.

164DanuJohndharampal 1542 A.D.Grandson of S.No 161. The king of Portugal crowned the statue of Dharampal and named hime DanuJohnDharampal.On the death of this King he willed the Kingdom to the Portuguese.

165Rajsingh (First) 1581 A.D.Defeated the Portuguese and DanuJohn was forced to take shelter in Portuguese Grandson of S.no. 161. He adopted Vedic Dharam and left Buddhism.

166Vimaldharamsurya 1592 A.D.

He was a Prince of a small state in Singhaldweep. With the help of the Portuguese he dethroned Rajsingh after sometime his relations with the Portuguese got sour and the Portuguese lost against him. In 1602 he signed a freindship treaty with the Dutch.

167Senrath 1604 A.D.He was a saint and with the wife of Vimaldharamsurya became the king. Fought the portuguese and the dutch and killed the eldest son of the queen by poisoning him.

168Rajsingh (Second) 1634 A.D.Son of S.no 165. He gave the two sons ( Oowa and Matel )of S.no 164 small kingdoms also fought the Portuguese twice.

169Vimaldharamsurya (Second) 1684 A.D. Son of S.no 166. Friendly with the Dutch.

170Sherparakram Narendra Singh 1706 A.D.Son of Sno. 167. He was the last king of the Singhal tribe and married the princess of Madura and made is brother in law the king as he was issueless.
