ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
The Adult Probation Department is responsible for adult offenders who are sen-tenced directly to Probation from Court, as well as offenders returning from Correctional Facilities on split sentences. AAPS/DAPS program operates under the Adult Probation Department. Offenders may be placed in the program.
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES/SPECIALTY OFFERINGS
Supervision, counseling classes, referral services, alcohol and drug monitoring are among the services provided for the offender. The Department provides Pre-Sentence Investigations, offender reports as well as other ancillary functions for the Court.

The Adult Probation Department is operated through the Vanderburgh Circuit Court; however, this Department serves all County Courts. Adult Probation is responsible for adult offenders who are sentenced directly to Probation from Court, as well as offenders returning from Correctional Facilities on split sentences. Offenders may also be placed on Probation through modification of their sentence. In addition, offenders' Probation may be transferred to and from another jurisdiction. Community Transition Program (CTP) is a program offered for offenders who are granted an early release on community supervision from the Department of Corrections for a set period of time. Various services are provided to the Courts as well as to offenders. Supervision, counseling classes, referral services, alcohol and drug monitoring are among the services provided for the offender. The Department provides Pre-Sentence Investigations, offender reports as well as other ancillary functions for the Court.

FEES & METHODS OF PAYMENT Southwestern is a community mental health center and has a sliding fee scale. If you have insurance, it may not cover your treatment. Many insurance policies pay for a portion of our fees, you will be expected to pay your share. We will determine your per visit fee during your first appointment. program takes between 12 to 18 (average is 15) months to complete. Each lady will work at her own pace to complete her program. This program is for wom-en ages 18 and older that are struggling with various kinds of life controlling

MISSION
The Substance Abuse Treatment Initiatives (SATI) is designed to meet the needs of the court systems Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiatives and to
provide area youth and their families an effective, evidence-based, as well as an affordable treatment opportunity.
ELIGIBILTY GUIDELINES
Youth ages 12-18 years, who are in need of outpatient substance abuse treat-ment and/or youth who are in need of a clinical treatment assessment.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES/SPECIALTY OFFERINGS
The purpose of this structured graduating treatment program is to educate, assess, and to provide intensive outpatient treatment to youth struggling
with substance or alcohol use. The program utilizes evidence-based treat-ment models and will immerse youth into an intensive group treatment
process that will provide treatment in the areas of the disease of addiction; generational predispositions of addiction; identify personal cravings;
successful resolution of cravings; multi-systemic consequences of drug use; and how to live a sober life. All youth will be administered a pre-test and post-test in order to assess levels of retention and application, as well as
participate in a 15 day, 30 day, or 45 day post-treatment aftercare evaluation designed to strengthen sobriety and encourage drug-free compliance. The program also serves to clinically identify those youth who are in need of
more restrictive substance abuse treatment.
