Welcome to Treasury Banking Suite Secure Browser, a highly secure online banking application.

1. INSTALLATION STEPS – WINDOWS Your welcome package includes the credentials to install Treasury Banking Suite Secure Browser.

You will also need:

•Internetconnection •Administrativeprivilegesonthecomputer

Please close computer applications – a reboot is required for installation.

2. SELECT THE TREASURY BANKING SUITE SECURE BROWSER DOWNLOAD LINK TO FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION WIZARD

3. CONFIRM THE GREAT WESTERN BANK TREASURY BANKING SUITE CAN INSTALL FILES AND FOLDERS ON YOUR COMPUTER.

4. FOLLOW THE SETUP WIZARD GUIDE. CLICK NEXT TO PROCEED THROUGH THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. Select Next to continue.

5. ALL FILES AND FOLDERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. SELECT FINISH.

You will be prompted to restart your workstation.

6. DESKTOP ICON Select the icon on your desktop to begin the simple

registration process.

7. NETWORK SETTINGS The application will check your network settings to confirm

connectivity.

When the SUCCESS message appears, select Next to continue.

8. CREDENTIALS Enterthecredentialsprovidedinyourwelcomepackage.

Select Next to continue.

Tips: •CompanyandUserIDarecasesensitive. •TheActivationKeyisnotcasesensitive.

Select Next to continue.

9. TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION Enter a name for Treasury Banking Suite Secure Browser on the

workstation.

Name Example: Yournameandworkstationlocation-JohnDoeOfficeDesktop

SetaPINvalue–aprivatekeytoidentifyyouforaccessing<insert product name>

•EnterPINtwiceforverification •PINRequirements: 6-12 characters 1 Letter 1 Number CaseSensitive Select Next to continue.

10. PIN REGISTRATION •Answerthequestionstoverifyyouridentity.

Select Next to complete the registration process.

11. LOGIN When logging into Treasury Banking Suite the first time you may be asked to answer additional security questions. •Selecttheicononyourdesktop.

•EnterCompanyID,UserID. •EnterthePINcreatedduringregistration.

12. WELCOME TO TREASURY BANKING SUITE SECURE BROWSER

Navigationinthesecureportalissimpleandsavestimebyeliminatingtheneedtomaintainseparatecredentialsforeachonline destination.

A. Preferences–AccessPreferencesforyourClientProfile,tochangeyourPIN,ViewProxyConfiguration,andaccessto AuditEvents.

B. Destination Bar–ClickintheDestinationBartonavigatetoyourTreasuryBankingSuitedestinations.Destinations arebasedonpermissionsforyourUserID.EachopendestinationwilldisplayasanewtabundertheDestinationBar.

C. Print – Capture and print a screen shot of the current page. D. Generate Passcode–SelectthisoptiontoenteryourPINandgenerateaone-timepasscodethatcanbeusedto

authorize payments and other actions. E. Tabs List –Displaysalistofopentabs.Selectanoptionfromthelisttojumptothattab. F. File – Select “File and then choose Exit” to exit Treasury Banking Suite.

13. AFTER INSTALLING THE SECURE BROWSER–rightclickonthedesktopiconandclick“Rename”torenameicon to accommodate multiple users and or companies with Secure Browser installed on the same workstation.

14. REPEAT STEPS 1 THROUGH 13 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL USER REQUIRING ACCESS to Treasury Banking Suite from the same workstation.

A ONE-TIME PASSCODE IS GENERATED FOR LOGIN.
