CONCEPT STATEMENTTo keep the same characteristics of the houses that were built during the Victorian era we decided on three different exterior colors that we found in the Sherwin Williams Historic Victorian Collection. We kept the colors close to the natural tones, unlike the Painted Ladies homes which were very bright and vibrant. The fabrics that we chose are a combination of deep, rich colors as well as neutral browns and greens. For the furnishings, we tried to keep it very decorative but we also have a few rooms, and pieces of furniture, that we decided to keep modern. Even though our kitchen, bathrooms, and office are very modern, we incorporated Victorian accessories to bring the whole house together.
