Auto repair options
You always have the right to have repairs completed at the shop of your choice. For your convenience, we offer:• Travelers ConciergeCLAIM® program, our convenient,
one-stop shop, offers on-site estimates and repairs that are guaranteed if you choose to have your vehicle repaired at the Concierge shop, minimizing inconvenience and disruption. We can handle private passenger vehicles, light- to medium-duty trucks, SUVs and cargo vans.
• Travelers Auto Repair program, which also includes a guarantee on all repairs.
These shops are approved to immediately begin repairs. No waiting for estimates and no extra paperwork. We handle all the details directly with the repair shop so you can get back to business faster.
Auto glass claim service• Self-service option allows you to report your claim and
schedule repairs online. travelers.com/claim. • Our network of glass shops offers a warranty on all glass
repairs and replacements. • Many glass shops can provide service at your home
or office.

Accident photo and sketch
Take photos of the vehicles and the accident scene. Draw an accident sketch. Show and label roadway; indicate number of lanes, direction of travel and signs. Number each vehicle, and show direction of travel from point hazard was noticed to point of impact by a solid line and any travel after impact by a dotted line.

Important steps to take in the event of an accident:• Stop at once. Do not leave the scene, but move out of
the way of traffic and turn on your hazard warning lights.• Call the police even in a minor accident. If someone is
injured, request medical assistance. If fire, smoke or spilled fuel is involved, request fire department aid.
• Do not discuss the accident with anyone other than the police or your Travelers representative.
• Exchange necessary information with the other driver(s).
• Report the incident to your supervisor or dispatcher immediately after first aid has been given and authorities have been notified.
• Report the accident to Travelers as soon as possible using our toll-free claim reporting number, 877.828.4132.
