Effective 2359 AEDST 28 March 2020: 1. The following categories of passengers ARE ALLOWED

TO ENTER Australia.

a. Australian citizens. b. permanent residents and their immediate family. i.e.

legal guardians, spouse, de facto partner, c. provisional partner visa holders d. dependent children of a traveller eligible for entry to

Australia

2. Additional Entry Requirement a. They will be subjected to the Australian Government’s

MANDATORY QUARANTINE period of 14 days at their first Australian destination.

b. Travellers will be provided with suitable free

accommodation/meals/transport. c. During this period, they WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to

travel domestically (including to their home residence) or continue on any domestic connections until the 14-day mandatory quarantine period has been completed.

3. The following categories of passenger are PERMITTED TO TRANSIT through Australia but WILL BE REQUIRED to remain within the international departures area of the airport. a. New Zealand citizens and New Zealand permanent

residents and their immediate family travelling home

EXEMPTIONS The Commissioner of the Australian Border Force (ABF) may consider an additional exemption in relation to the travel restrictions currently in place for

Foreign nationals travelling at the invitation of the Australian Commonwealth Government for the purpose of assisting in the COVID-19 response or whose entry would be in the national interest

Critical medical services, including air ambulance and delivery of supplies, that regularly arrive into Australia from international ports

Persons with critical skills (for example, medical specialists, engineers, marine pilots and crews) by exception

Diplomats accredited to Australia and currently resident in Australia, and their immediate family

Case-by-case exceptions may also be granted for humanitarian or compassionate reasons

OUTBOUND FROM AUSTRALIA 1. Effective 25 March 2020, 1200hrs AEDST, Australians

will be restricted from travelling overseas. Airlines with flights scheduled to depart Australia at or after 25 March 2020, 1200 AEDST must not uplift Australians i.e. citizens and permanent residents.

2. The following categories of passenger ARE PERMITTED

TO DEPART Australia a. New Zealand citizens (other than those holding a

permanent visa) b. New Zealand citizens holding a SCV 444 c. Persons ordinarily resident in a country other than

Australia d. Airline and maritime crew and associated safety

workers e. Persons engaged in the day to day conduct of

outbound and inbound freight f. Persons whose travel is associated with essential work

at offshore facilities g. Persons travelling on official government business,

including members of the Australian Defence Force.

5 BANGLADESH 1. Effective 31 March 2020, 0001LT until 07 April 2020, 2359LT, all schedule international commercial passenger flights from MALAYSIA, BAHRAIN, BHUTAN, HONG KONG, INDIA, KUWAIT, MALDIVES, OMAN, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA, SRI LANKA, SINGAPORE, THAILAND, TURKEY AND UAE SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LAND at any international airport of Bangladesh.

2. Effective 21 March 2020 until 31 March 2020, all schedule international commercial passenger flights from MALAYSIA, QATAR, BAHRIN, KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, UAE, TURKEY, OMAN, SINGAPORE, AND INDIA SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED to land at any International Airport in Bangladesh

QUARANTINE

1. Any traveller who live in or visited EU region and Iran since 01 March 2020 will not allowed to enter Bangladesh until 15 April 2020. The national of the countries of the EU region and Iran who are living outside the EU region and Iran since 29 February 2020 can travel to Bangladesh with valid Visas.

2. Effective 26 March 2020 until further notice, REQUIREMENT for Bangladeshi

who is holding No VISA REQUIRED (NVR) certificate IS REQUIRED to have a supplementary HEALTH CERTIFICATE.

3. Any Bangladesh origin passenger who possesses an NVR and come to

Bangladesh without the required medical certificate mentioning that the concerned person is free from the corona virus symptom, he/she would be institutionally quarantined in Dhaka for 14 days.

3. Commercial flight fromChina, Hong Kong, Thailand

and UK will continue to operate to Bangladesh until further notice.

4. Special flights will be allowed to take foreign nationals

from Bangladesh on a case to case basis. 5. Bangladeshis ex KUL with transit in BKKARE ALLOWED

TO ENTER Bangladesh with the following condition: a. Passengers must have confirmed ticket TG with

maximum transit connecting time must not exceed 10hrs.

b. Mandatory COVID-19 diagnosis test report and health certificate which must be valid 72hrs prior check-in in BKK

c. COVID-19 Diagnosis test report and health certificates must endorsed by Bangladesh embassy

6. Bangladeshis or other foreigner transit Passenger ex KUL

where KUL is transit point ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER Bangladesh with the following condition: a. Passengers must have confirmed ticket TG with

maximum transit connecting time must not exceed 10hrs. Foreigner must have return ticket from DAC.

b. Mandatory COVID-19 diagnosis test report and health certificate which must valid 72hrs prior check-in in BKK.

c. COVID-19 Diagnosis test report and health certificates must be endorsed by Bangladesh embassy

d. Foreigners must have visa issued from embassy of Bangladesh before arrival Dhaka

e. Passenger coming from China, Italy, Iran and Korea will be subject to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival DAC.

7. Effective 17 March 2020 following nationalities ARE NOT

ALLOWED to enter Bangladesh: a. All Europe passport holder, except United Kingdom

passport. b. All passenger of any nationalities, inbound from

Europe transiting Kul.

4. Any Bangladesh origin passenger who possesses an NVR and come to

Bangladesh with the required medical certificate mentioning that the concerned person is free from the corona virus symptom, he/she would be home/self-quarantined for 14 days.

5. Any foreign nationals examined to have temperature equal or more than 100

degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 degrees Celsius), will be taken to nearby quarantine centre/hospital facility

VISA

1. Bangladesh Immigration Department ALLOWS entry of passengers holding approved visa with health certificates issued by Bangladesh Embassy at respective countries.

2. Passengers can NO LONGER OBTAIN a Visa On Arrival (VOA) UNLESS they are holding approved visa with health certificates issued by Bangladesh Embassy at respective countries.

3. Passengers with a pre-arranged visa MUST HAVE a medical certificate

stating that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). The certificate must be duly certified by Bangladesh Embassy at respective countries.

All passengers arriving from any countries ARE REQUIRED fill in a Health Clearance Form provided during boarding

8. Effective 15 March 2020 until 31 March 2020, all foreigners originating from Europe (EXCEPT UK citizens) who have visited or come CHINA, IRAN, ITALY, REPUBLIC OF KOREA on or after 15 March 2020

6 BRUNEI

DARUSSALAM 1. Effective immediately, Brunei Government HAS BAN ALL

THE FOREIGNERS FROM ENTERING BRUNEI DARUSSALAM including immediate transit passenger until further notice.

2. Effective March 16, 2020, the entire population and the people of Brunei Darussalam are barred from traveling out of Brunei except in certain circumstances such as emergency medical treatment, attending court hearings or resuming overseas study sessions of which is subjected to the approval from the Prime Minister's Department.

3. The Government of Brunei WILL NOT ALLOW entry into Brunei, OR transit through Brunei to (except Brunei nationality and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam) from HUBEI PROVINCE, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE and JIANGSU PROVINCE, IRAN, ITALY.

SELF-ISOLATION 1. Effective 21 March 2020, Brunei Ministry of Health have imposed below

instructions to all passengers and Bruneians entering Brunei:

a. Mandatory isolation for 14 days instruction for all passengers, inclusive of visitors and foreign workers coming arriving into Brunei via Brunei International Airport.

b. Therefore, the arrival of visitors and foreign workers are not encouraged at

the moment. All local Bruneian and foreign workers arriving in Brunei Darussalam are required to borne all the isolation costs including meals and all related other course.

VISA Temporary suspension on Visa On Arrival (VOA) until further notice.

1. Application for social visit visa, student visa, dependent visa is to be delayed,

including the applications that have been received by immigration Department and Nationalities Registration.

2. Letter for social visit visa, student visa, dependent visa that have been issued by the Immigration Department and Nationalities Registration has been delayed.

3. Letter applications for social visit visa, student visa and dependent visa that will be or have been issued by Embassy & High Commission of Brunei Darussalam from foreign country has been delayed.

4. For foreigners whom have been issued social visit visa, student visa dependent visa and are still in origin country are to be delayed their trips to Brunei Darussalam and stay in their origin country.

5. For the foreigners who have been issued for re-entry visa & still in the origin country to delay the trip to Brunei Darussalam and are still in their origin country.

7 CAMBODIA Effective 20 March 2020, Cambodia Health’s Ministry WILL NOT ALLOW entry to all foreign travellers with recent travel history from FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, SPAIN, IRAN AND UNITED STATES.

QUARATINE Effective 20 March 2020, Diplomats and officials of foreign embassies and international organizations and their family members who holding the Diplomatic Visa Type A and Official Visa Type B and nationals of Cambodia or resident of Cambodia who live or have been in or via France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Iran & the United States in past 14 days MUST BE QUARANTINED for 14 days. VISA Effective 20 March 2020, Diplomats and officials of foreign embassies and international organizations and their family members who are holding the Diplomatic Visa Type A and Official Visa Type B departing from or via any countries, EXCEPT FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, SPAIN, IRAN AND UNITED STATES. ARE EXEMPT from the restriction.

8 PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

1. Effective 28 March 2020, 0001hrs, Guangzhou Airport Authority WILL NOT ALLOW transfer between International to International at Guangzhou Airport including Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan flight.

2. Effective 28 March 2020, 0001hrs, the Government of China WILL TEMPORARILY SUSPEND entry to China as per below:

a. Foreign nationals holding valid visas or residence

permits. b. Foreign nationals with APEC Business Travel Cards.

3. Temporary Suspension of Policies including: a. Port visas, 24/72/144-hour visa-free transit policy b. Hainan 30-day visa-free policy c. 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise-

group-tour through Shanghai Port d. Guangdong 144-hour visa-free policy specified for

foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR e. Guangxi 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign

tour groups of ASEAN countries

4. Effective 23 March 2020, all international passenger flights to BEIJING must enter from 12 designated first entry points, namely: Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot,

ii. GCC citizens who are in the kingdom and they are wishing to return to their countries providing that they have used the national ID when they entered the kingdom.

d. Passengers who have been in People’s Republic of

China which includes (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) and Iran are NOT ALLOWED to enter SAUDI Arabia until 14 day later from their exit from these two countries.

e. Any transit or transfer passenger who had been in one of the two countries, People’s Republic of China which includes (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) as well as Iran are NOT ALLOWED to enter Saudi Arabia until 14 day later from their exit from these

2. Don’t disembark until the medical team assess the sick traveller and perform a quick triage of the remaining traveller.

3. If the sick traveller is stable, disembark others first.

4. The crew of the zone where the traveller is seated must be grounded until cleared by the medical team.

5. Provide the medical team passenger manifest and crew GD to conduct contact

tracing if needed. 6. Disinfect the sick traveller’s seat, the adjacent two (2) seats in each direction

and the bathroom with a quality disinfectant (commercial products compatible with airplane manufacturer recommendation are adequate). Cabin cleaners must use PPEs including heavy-duty gloves.

7. Depending on the condition of sick traveller, the crews may undergo additional

evaluation and testing. If COVID-19 is diagnosed, the crew and traveller will need to be quarantined for 14-days is a designated facility.

3. Additional entry requirements

a. From 29 March 2020, 1000 hours: the following categories

of passenger will require an approval letter of entry by ICA or MOE to gain entry into Singapore

i. All ICA-issued Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders, and

those who have been granted IPA by ICA for LTVP

ii. All Student Pass (STP) holders, and those who have been granted IPA by ICA for STP, will require an approval letter of entry by MOE.

b. The approval letter of entry by ICA for LTVP holders, or by MOE for STP holders, is valid for two weeks.

c. These LTVP and STP holders must produce such approval letter of entry to airline staff at check-in at the point of departure, and to the ICA officer at the checkpoint upon arrival in Singapore. These include those,

i. Who also have a Letter of Consent (LOC) or Pre-Approved Letter of Consent (PLOC) issued by MOM. Entry Approval for Holders of Passes Issued by MOM.

ii. All holders of work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will be required to obtain MOM’s prior approval before they are allowed to enter Singapore. They will have to show the MOM approval letter to the airline staff at check-in at the point of

STAY-HOME-NOTICE AND QUARANTINE The following categories of passenger Returning to Singapore will be issued a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). a. All Singapore Citizens, and Permanent Residents b. Long-Term Pass holders including work passes, Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, and

Long-term Visit Pass c. Those with travel history to the United Kingdom or the United States in the last 14 days will

20 SRI LANKA 1. Effective 19 March 2020 until 07 April 2020, Sri Lankan Immigration Department WILL NOT ALLOW entry to Sri Lanka, including Sri Lankans.

2. During the above-mentioned restricted period the following will be permitted:

2. Taiwan Centres for Disease Control (CDC) announced, ALL inbound passengers MUST SELF-ISOLATE at their home after returning/entering to Taiwan and be under home quarantine for a period of 14 days.

3. Passengers ARE REQUIRED to follow 14 days home quarantine can pay to stay at the group quarantine facilities if they do not have other places to reside in.

22 THAILAND 1. Effective 21 March 2020, new Regulation by Civil Aviation

Authority of Thailand (CAAT) - Quarantine Officers will recheck Health Certificate and Health Insurance of all Transit / Transfer Passenger before entering to Centralized Security Screening

ALL PASSENGERS who are to ENTER OR TRANSIT through Thailand ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT:

a. Health certificates certifying that the passenger pose

no risk of being infected by the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) issued no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel. Health Certificate (Medical Certificate) certifying that no sickness in the past 14 days and undetectable COVID-19 laboratory result issued within 48 hours prior to flight departure.

b. Health Insurance / Health Insurance policy that shows

minimum medical coverage of USD.100,000 in Thailand and covers the Covid-19 Disease. If they are unable to produce such document, the boarding pass SHALL NOT be issued.

2. EXEMPTION

a. Thailand nationalities are not required for insurance but require to present health certificate and lab test result.

b. There is no exemptions for diplomat, official passport

holder, etc. c. Nationality of Russia are allowed to enter Thailand

3. Requirement for Thai passengers

All Thai passenger (holding THAI Passport) are subject to present 2 kinds of documents:

a. “FIT TO FLY” Certificate (disregard of FREE OF

COVID-19). The reason is to allow THAI Passenger to go back to their homeland.

b. All Thai Passenger (holding THAI Passport) must

1. All aircraft must be disinfected and approved for take-off by the health control

officers. 2. The air operators must strictly comply with the measures for the surveillance

prevention and control of dangerous communicable disease by the Ministry of Public Health under the Communicable Diseases act b.e.2558 (2015) and the notification of the civil aviation authority of Thailand)

3. Airlines have to notify immigration at least 1-hour prior flight arrival so they can meet the flight together with health control officers to assess condition and interview. These must be disembarked last in order for the officer to conduct entry screening.

4. Aircrafts operating from the listed territories are required to undergo cabin disinfectant spray and deep cleaning before departure.

5. All aircraft that found with high temperature by Health Control officer is also required to undergo cabin disinfectant spray and deep cleaning before departure.

6. If airlines carried passenger with COVID-19 without proper exit screening or early notification to the Health Control in advance, airlines (could be station manager) shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding 500,000THB or to both.

Note: Ground Handling Agents are required to ask if passengers are coming from the M.S. Westerdam Cruise and check the travel documentation for any stamp - ‘SIHANOUKVILLE’. DO NOT ACCEPT for check-in if are coming from the said cruise and if there is a ‘SIHANOUKVILLE’ on the passport.

This above-mentioned measure is not applicable (ALLOWED ENTRY) to foreign entrants for diplomatic and official purpose (passengers holding diplomatic or official passports) provided strictly carried out medical check and undergo mandatory suitable isolation at home. entering Vietnam for diplomatic or official purpose to enter VIETNAM.

The temporary suspension is applicable to all overseas Vietnamese and their relatives granted with certificates of visa exemption.

3. Effective 23 March 2020, 0001 hrs, Vietnamese Citizens

SELF-ISOLATION 1. Effective 18 March 2020, 0001 hours until further notice, passengers who are

ASEAN citizens or other countries’ citizens from or have been in the ASEAN countries within 14 days before their planned arrival in Vietnam shall undergo centrally mandatory 14-day isolation from the date of entry.

VISA

1. Civil Aviation Administration Vietnam (CAAV) has TEMPORARIL SUSPENDED Visa On Arrival (VOA) for ALL foreign citizens

24 MAURITIUS Republic of Mauritius WILL NOT ALLOW entry or transit into

Mauritius to all having travelled to/from China, including MAINLAND CHINA, HONG KONG, MACAU AND TAIWAN within the last 14 days.

The restriction shall be effective with immediate effect and valid until further notice.

QUARANTINE

1. Mauritian nationals, residents, their spouse and children coming from China or having travelled through China within the last 14 days WILL BE ALLOWED entry in the Republic of Mauritius and will be placed in quarantine

25 BAHRAIN 1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Ministry Interior has activated several procedures related to arrivals to the Kingdom of Bahrain in light of the outbreak of COVID-19

2. All foreign who have visited Iran, Thailand, Singapore,

Malaysia, and REPUBLIC OF KOREA within 14 days of their date of arrival into Bahrain are NOT ALLOWED entry into Bahrain.

3. Ground Handling Agents shall ask all Indian sector bound if

their onward connecting flight is to Bahrain. If the answer is YES, DO NOT ALLOW to check-in.
