INCLUSIONS Your SMMC registration fee includes all Marketplace functions, network opportunities, meals and social functions as outlined in the schedule of events. You will also be provided with a complete listing of all delegates registered. Appointment scheduling is done online - Please provide a current email address.
SUBSTITUTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS In case of unforeseen circumstances, another representative of your company may substitute for you at any time. Simply advise our office at 330-337-1027. A cancellation fee of $250 per registration will be assessed after March 1, 2019 and a no refund policy will be enforced after June 1, 2019.
ATTIRE Business attire is required during all conference sessions. This applies to all SMMC education seminars, meal functions and social events. Casual business attire may be appropriate at evening events.
