TRASH CHUTE REPLACEMENT
Work to replace the old, damaged trash chutehas begun. The company that is doing the workanticipates that the removal of the old chute andthe replacement of the chute, as well as thetrash doors will take approximately one month.

While the work is being conducted, the TrashRoom on each floor will be closed. Largegarbage cans have been placed in front of theTrash Room for you to place all your trash.These will be emptied a couple times each dayduring the construction.

It's time to votefor the budget!
All owners should have alreadyreceived the information related to thebudget. In this packet of information isa form allowing you to cast your vote.
It is very important for everyone to cast their vote so we implement thebudget that our owners choose to implement.
YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Budget #1 in your packet Waives the Reserves, and is the lower costto the owner.Budget #2 Funds the Reserves, and is the higher cost to the owner.
OWNERS NEED TO COMPLETE THE PROXY FORM:
A vote of YES, is a vote to Waive the reserves and to implement thelower cost budget.A vote of NO is a vote to implement the higher cost budget with
reserves.If a majority of owners do not vote, the State Law requires the condoto adopt the budget with full reserves. (This is the higher cost budget.)

Beach Chairs/Lounges/Umbrellas
The beach furniture and umbrellas are at the beach for the benefit ofeveryone. Please help us by following a few basic rules:
When you are finished using theumbrellas, please close them.All furniture should be brought back tothe sea wall after use; do not leavethem out on the beach area.Do not bring the chairs below the hightide line on the beach.You may not reserve chairs. Duringhigh season, the chairs are at a premium and everyone must share.Please limit your use of chairs to 2 chairs for a one bedroom unit.
Sunday, December 2: Tree and Menorah Lighting
You are invited for refreshments and snacks inthe lobby at 6:00pm while we begin to recognizethe holidays of the season. The Christmas Treeand the Menorah will be lit, and we can enjoy alight snack and friendship. No sign-up isnecessary. Small gifts will be presented toresident children.

Saturday, December 8: Annual Holiday Party
CONCRETE RESTORATION UPDATE
The concrete restoration work is continuing on thebeach facing portion of the building, as well as onstacks 01, 02, 03 and 04. More significant damagehas been found to the balconies in stacks 03 and04 than was expected, but the company is moving
as expeditiously as possible with the project. Large areas of the concretehad to be removed from many of the balconies. In addition, significantportions of concrete needed to be removed and repaired on the face of thebuilding.
We have included several photos below so you can see the extent of someof the damage that is being repaired. As soon as we have one of thebalconies fully completed, we will include a photo for you to see!

IT WAS A HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
The kids in the building had fun going fromunit to unit to Trick or Treat on Halloween,and everyone loved seeing their costumes!As usual, even the adults couldn't resist thefun, and got dressed up for an evening ofparties going on around town!
