Who- this app is for all ages who travel on all types of public transport

What- this will give the person plenty of time to plan their route and go to places on time

Where – the app can be opened from anywhere as long as you have internet connection and in the UK

Why – people don’t know where the transport is sometime its late and sometimes its early, this will help the user plan early and get to their destination on-time.

What is the problem? People sometimes don’t think ahead so

they wake up five minutes late of their usual time so they arrive late.

How do we get users to avoid being late to the destination.

Sometimes laziness could prevent you from getting there on time i.e. your alarm rings and you switch if off. In addition this could be stopped maybe from friends and families, maybe send you few messages to convince you to wake up

My team TL is developing the android to help the commuters and help their problem of being late or too early to their destination with our transporter app

Our researches have found out that the users sometimes wake up earlier or later then expecting because not knowing the accurate time of their transportation arrival.

There is an app already out there but this would mean the users have to open 3 to 4 different apps just too plan their route.

The most valuable person to use our app is someone who travels everyday to different places.

Shows the time of when the buses ,

trains , trams will be available

Gives you the options to press on the bus i.e. gives you more specific information about that bus and more.

If you are new to the area you are in, it will also guide you to your destination and for

example the bus station and takes you right to your bus stop.

Finally this application can also be used elsewhere for example you can use the GPS to help you know where you are at the moment if you are not familiar with

the area you are in etc.

Some problems we that might occur is the signal could get interrupted and this may give false location of where the transport is and could make the user miss it.

Our app is very simple to use and understand. Furthermore it was very easy to develop. It already uses the proprietary alarm application in compliance with the clock on your mobile device.

It will also update itself in the background to fix bugs and errors. The content in our app is very minimal and simple. The mathematical calculations required to engineer the key elements of the application are completed using a very unique piece of algorithm.

Our product only relies heavily on the clock and alarm features. Also the piece of coding is vital to the app corresponding accordingly with the users.

I have chosen a straightforward approach to ensuring this application is aimed at the right audience. I have put in place, with my fellow business partner, a business model which outlines our plans and ambitions for success from this app.

Me and my business partner have outlined three core

marketing activities to help raise awareness of our noble cause.

We aim to create advertisements to be shown on TV, other mobile apps and on social media sites. This is to raise awareness of our campaign.

Also we hope to have 2 editions of the application. One will be a free app with advertisement support, yet with limited features for a sample of what we have to offer. Another will be a paid version with full features for a mere 69p. We hope the free version will be the platform for us to succeed and for people to try our services properly before they buy.

We are a group of budding and enthusiastic developers looking for recognition in this fast paced industry. It is highly demanding, and requires us to be pushed to the limit in terms of ability and pressure to meet expectations and personal targets.
