all the options carefully before deciding on your transportation choice.

The following estimated rates are based on FWSA Group Air from SFO and LAX (min. of 10 seats per itinerary) The SFO & LAX group air prices DO INCLUDE Fuel Surcharges, Departure Taxes and exchange rate of $1.08 US vs 1 Euro. Air pricing subject to change until tickets are actually issued.

Option #1: FWSA Air Transportation – San Francisco, CA Approx. Air = $927.00 $250. Deposit

Option #2: FWSA Air Transportation – Los Angeles, CA Approx. Air = $927.00 $250. Deposit

Option #3: OWN AIR Transportation & FWSA ground transfers – Main Trip

Do review the FWSA tentative Group Air schedules so you can arrange YOUR OWN AIR flights to coordinate with the FWSA

group air and bus transfer schedule otherwise you must make your own transportation arrangements to the hotel and/or airport! • The following is required:

On March 4, 2018: You must arrive at the Lyon Airport (LYS) by or before 2:55pm

On March 11, 2018: Your return flight time must be at or after 6:25am from the Lyon Airport I will make all my own air arrangements and use FWSA ground transportation from the Lyon airport to Brides les Bain & back.

Option #6: OWN AIR Transportation & FWSA ground transfers for Main and Extension trip

hotel to the airport in Paris (CDG).

Secondary airports will be available for the Basic and Extension trips. They will be arranged on an individual

basis and airline Deviations for RETURN flights are limited and will need to be requested EARLY!

We are pleased to have everyone stay in the same hotel in Brides les Bains!

The Mercure Grand Hotel des Thermes - This 4-star hotel located between Lyon, Geneva and Annecy is a

unique property at which to enjoy a stay full of wellbeing and nature. Whether it's skiing in the Three Valleys or

indulging with spa treatments you’ll be glad you did. The hotel boasts a healthy gourmet restaurant and convenient

bar to socialize with your friends. The shuttle bus stops outside the hotel to take you to the nearby gondola lift to

the Méribel -Trois Vallées ski resort. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and speak English well. The

rooms are comfortable with modern furniture and lovely luxurious bathroom. This is not like the 'bog standard' ski

hotels you get in many resorts.
