I appreciated FDM Group paying me my base salary when I was

training during drills even thought it was not legally required. I also

appreciated the support and consideration with administrative tasks such

as delayed timesheets when I was away on training. FDM guaranteed that

the assigned client understood my commitment to the National Guard, while

upholding a policy of continued base pay during my military leave.

Military leaves are available to eligible employees who enter the uniformed services of the United States

FDM pays up to two weeks of basic pay for any kind of military leave

If an employee has insurance benefits, they will continue as usual

If an employee needs to take more than two weeks, then they can apply their paid time off or take the rest of the time as unpaid leave (neither basic pay nor daily bonus)

Time off is permitted for an examination to determine one’s fitness for duty in any of the federal military forces

2. Telephone InterviewOnce you have submitted your application, we will assess your suitability in line with our entry criteria. If you are successful at the initial screening stage, we will contact you to conduct a telephone interview. This will involve talking about your résumé and a future career at FDM.

3. Assessment DayIf you pass the telephone interview stage, you will be invited to our Assessment Center at FDM. The assessment will focus on both your interpersonal and technical skill sets. During the assessment you will complete different tasks and exercises so that we can assess your suitability for the FDM Careers Program. We will also assess your business knowledge during the day. You will gain an understanding of our working environment and get the chance to visit our offices and see the Training Center for yourself.

What We Look For

Application Criteria

Are eligible to work in the U.S.

Able to commit to a minimum of two years working as an FDM Consultant

following completion of the paid training period.

Have some technical knowledge or an analytical mindset.

Demonstrate a passion for IT and business.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong priority will be given to applicants willing to be geographically flexible throughout the U.S.
