TRANSITIONING TO HYBRID (FACE-TO-FACE) LEARNING IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY:

Elementary School Students Transition to Hybrid (Face-To-Face) April 26, 2021
Middle School Students Transition to Hybrid (Face-To-Face) May 3, 2021
High School Transition to Hybrid (Face-To-Face) May 3, 2021
INSTRUCTIONAL OPTIONS PLATFORM:
Students will have the choice of selecting ONE Instructional Option (ONLY):
Hybrid (Face-To-Face) Instructional Platform: Option I
Students will attend school two days per week for face-to-face,
in-person learning and receive Virtual Teaching three days per week.
*Students in grades Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First and Second will attend school four days per
week.
OR
Virtual Instructional Platform: Option II
Students will receive all of their instruction from teachers in a completely Virtual Learning Platform for
five days per week.
*Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First and Second Grade students will attend school four days per
week.
TRANSPORTATION
Students will be transported by bus to and from school.
Students will be seated one student to a seat.
Students are required to wear masks while on buses.
All students will have assigned bus seats.
Siblings living in the same household will be allowed to sit together on the bus.
Students will have temperature checks before boarding the bus.
Social Distancing of 3 feet will be observed on buses.
STUDENT MEALS
Breakfast and Lunch will be served to students who attend school in Hybrid Instructional Platform
daily.
Breakfast and Lunch will be served to students who attend in Virtual Instructional Platform daily.
COVID-19 MITIGATIONS
All buildings will be cleaned and sanitized three times per day.
Students will have temperature checks before entering school buildings.
Masks will be worn at all times by staff and students.
Face shields will be provided.
All students and staff will be provided face masks and additional PPE’s.
All staff and student desks will be equipped with transparent, three-panel moisture barriers.
Hand sanitation solution will be available in all classrooms and hallways.
Social Distancing of 3 feet will be observed in the classrooms.
All schools will display informational signage in the classrooms and hallways.
Additional healthcare staff will be assisting at each school building.
All schools have established an Extended Health Center in addition to the regular school clinic.
Student and staff temperature checks will occur throughout the day.
