The Shrewsbury School District Transition Fair

                 

The  Transition  Fair  is  for  Shrewsbury  Families  who  have  questions  about    how  to  support  their  child  in  school  and  plan  for  their  transition  to    

adult  living,  educational,  and  working  environments.    

The  fair  is  specifically  designed  for  students  with  IEP's,  504  plans,  or  other  disability  or  mental  health  needs.

Date: Thursday,  September  24th  

Time: 4:30  –  6:30  PM

!The  Fair  will  be  held  immediately  before  Curriculum  Night  (which  starts  at  6:30)
