To digitally stay relevant, a prominent insurer decided to transform and scale their customer communications to deliver compelling, personalized experiences for their customers across the entire life cycle and on all channels. The insurer saw an opportunity to migrate from the existing Thunderhead NOW platform to SmartCOMM Cloud. They chose HTC to execute the project based on HTC's experience in deploying SmartCOMM solutions. The engagement saw the insurer successfully migrate on time while also realizing the efficiency and cost savings delivered by a multi-tenant cloud platform.

A mid-sized U.S. based insurer’s manual methods of interpretation and implementation of ISO loss costs, rules, and forms were turning costly, time-consuming, and ineffective. They immediately needed to transform processes involving policy form and rate revision – the key areas that see ISO circulars’ implications. Our strategic partnership for the cause ensured a streamlined, automated, and effective rate revision and policy forms management based on Duck Creek solutions. As a result, the insurer now benefits from a quicker and more accurate analyzing, interpreting, and implementing of ISO circulars. The reimagined operations ensured a 95% reduction in premium leakages and zero backlogs in the policy form management.

A leading insurance company in the Middle East faced a host of challenges and was losing out to competitors when their web portal used by their customers, agents, associates, and vendors wasn’t mobile-enabled. The company turned to HTC, designed and developed a mobile application that enables their customers to access the portal from their hand devices, view their policies, and perform more than 60 percent of required processes on their own. The application also provided value-added services to customers in finding nearest services like gas stations, ATMs, agents, and restaurants etc., and facilitated with guides such as “How to change flat tires”!
