THE FINE PRINT: All forms and supporting materials must be sent to the 4A’s no later than January 12, 2010, 5:00 PM EST, no exceptions. Also, the 4A’s does not own the intellectual property of your submission, but we are unable to send/e‐mail back any supporting materials. By submission of materials, entrant understands and agrees that: > All submission materials (excluding intellectual property/rights) become the property of the 4A’s. Entrants grant permission to the 4A’s to use, exhibit, disseminate and sell submitted materials without limitation. Entrants agree to indemnify and to hold the 4A’s harmless with regard to any claim brought by anyone or any entity that may result through the exhibition, use, dissemination or sale of submitted material for any reason in any manner. Exhibition of submissions may include but not be limited to, online posting of materials to the 4A’s and/or “Transformation 2010” Web site. > Entrant is responsible for obtaining any required permissions and for making any applicable payments that may be incurred as a result of the use and exhibition of the materials submitted, such as advertiser permission, union performer talent fees, and fees and releases for use of copyrighted, licensed or rights‐restricted materials. The use, exhibition, dissemination or sale of any submission is at the sole discretion of the 4A’s. > It is understood by entrants that the 4A’s may publish a book of the winning Transformers presentations, including creative. The entrant grants permission to 4A’s to publish a version (edited to conform to 4A’s style) of the complete entry and accompanying creative submissions in book form. > It is also understood and agreed that presentations and accompanying creative materials may be posted to the 4A’s Facebook Group page. It is understood that the entrant is responsible for talent or/other residual charges as a result of creative posted on either, or both, the Transformation 2010 Web site and 4A’s Facebook Group page. > Selection of winner(s), if any, is at the sole discretion of the 4A’s.
