POLISH EXPERIENCEIN COUNTRY’S TRANSFORMATION


Polish experience in the country’s transformation, as well as Polish experience in the cooperation with the

USA should be used as a model for Ukraine.

In November 1989 the US Congress adopted the Support for East European Democracy (SEED) Act, that provided the basis for the establishment of the Polish-American Enterprise Fund which contributed to the process of creating the market

economy in Poland.

To launch Sectoral Forums operation, to approve a strategy of cooperation with other NGOs

To initiate new for Ukraine frameworks of financial and technical assistance from the International Community
