Motion was started in 2007 with a concept of guiding

students for IIT-JEE, an entrance exam which opens

the door for the world class engineering institute like

IITs. We seek excellence, honour, integrity in order to

develop the skills, values and courage to meet the

challenges of IIT-JEE.

Conceptual Problem sheet

Our devotion at Motion has resulted in this unique

academic revolution, the Conceptual Problem Sheet

(CPS) has given MOTIONites a remarkable edge

over others.

In CPS, we derive the latest problem sets daily based

on the topic taught and explained in the class. These

problems are choosen in a manner which emphasis

on a thorough understanding of application of

concepts and fundamentals related to the part of the

chapter covered to date. All the CPSs are discussed

in class regularly.

If faculty observes that the student has a problem

or that he is stuck, he helps out the student in

successive stages by giving him hints, motivating

him to think more in correct direction and removes

all the doubts that arise in his mind there and then.

The advantage of CPS is that, the student becomes

absolutely clear about the basic concepts that might

go unnoticed during the progress of slightest of doubts

therefore student becomes conceptually very sound.

In all type of competitive exams, time matters. Time

is the major deciding factor. We realize that it is

necessary to concentrate on both the factors : the

subject knowledge + art of how to take an exam. How

to minimize errors, how to represent the answers for

maximization of scores, how to improve the efficiency.

In Regular Class Tests, each concept is examined

from various angles and a variety of approaches are

suggested. During Regular Class Tests, the faculty

Attendance, Home Work Checking and Regular Class

After the topic completion, we conduct Doubt Removal

Class for each topic. This is for the removal of all grass

root level doubts of all the students. A team of dedicated

assistant faculties regular remain available as per

who don’t feel confident in a particular subject and it

is affecting their overall performance. Through Doubt

Discussion Classes (DDC) such students can increase

attend all classroom sessions and test series except

under the most unavoidable circumstances. For a

planned absence from any session(s), students are

required to intimate the Attendance Management

Cell (AMC) of the Academic Department. For an

unplanned absence due to illness etc. A post-factor

intimation is required from the absentee students.
