TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

• MENTORING: The trainee will be assigned a mentor (agent) that will work with her/him in the field

• NETWORKING: Provide Trainee with networking opportunities with agents, management and other business professionals.

• COMMITTMENT: Management makes a signed commitment to provide coaching and support to help Trainee reach sales goals and to complete all suggested training.

Guided training is provided the entire 10-weeks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRE

To be admitted to the Sales Leadership Program, candidate must successfully complete the following:

• Interview Process

• Prospecting Playbook

• Licensing Exam– Reimbursement of up to $250 is available upon successful completion of the exam and

completion of the Sales Leadership Program.
