Ms. Tram Ha Finance and Corporate Affairs Director Oriflame Vietnam Chairwoman AmCham Vietnam Direct Selling Committee (AVDSC)

Tram Ha joined Oriflame from December 2002 as member of Management team of Oriflame Vietnam. It’s also the year Oriflame entered Vietnam market.

From that time up to May 2013, she was in charge of Finance, HR and legal tasks to make sure that Oriflame Vietnam complies with Oriflame International rules and regulations and also Viet Nam laws. From June 2013, Tram was promoted to Finance and Corporate Affairs Director to oversee Finance, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and IT at Oriflame.

Tram was a core team member of AmCham Vietnam Direct Selling Committee (AVDSC). Since 2012, Tram has played an important role – Chairwoman - to lead all the activities of AVDSC. The AVDSC is one of the most active Committees in AmCham Vietnam, which includes the following companies as members: Oriflame, Herbalife, Amway, Morinda Bioactive (Tahitian Noni), Nu Skin, Sophie Paris, BWL, Elken, Tuperware, Perfect, Unicity and 2 Legal Firms: Russin & Vecchi and ATIM. The Committee has been cooperating closely with WFDSA and Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade to promote Direct Selling Industry in Vietnam. Tram has also been an active member of the Vietnam Association of Oils-Aromas-Cosmetics.

Tram holds a Master degree of Finance from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) and MBA from Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands). She’s married, has two sons and is living with her family in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
