True leadership is the art of changing a group from

what it is into what it ought to

be.

Leadership is the ability to recognize a aproblem before it

becomes an emergency.

Leadership and learning are

indespensable to each other.

Leadership is learning to give whether you get

anything or not. If you ever get

something, you are not giving in the true sense of the

word, you are trading.

Leadership is the other side of the

coin of loneliness, and he who is the

leader must always act alone, and acting

alone means accepting everything

alone.

Leadership is the ability to

handle uncertainty.

What is “it”? This is the aspect of leadership that conerned with

outward appearance. It means looking, dressing and talking like a

leader.

Leadership has nothing to do with

ordering people around or

directing their every move.

The climax of leadership is to

know when to do what.
