SYLLABUS TRAINING: ENT 4131 eENTREPRENEURSHIP is a document that outlines

the matters to be acquired by a graduate in the field of technology skills. This syllabus

curriculum is developed according to the format of Manpower Department Training

Institution (ILJTM) and has taken into account the Malaysia Development Economic

Cooperation developed by the Department of Curriculum MDEC.. This training syllabus

carries learners through various online media,social media sites and other platforms that

are in currently used by the entrepreneurs. At the end of this training, the learners will be

able to manage online business effectively.

and Diploma Technology ILJTM for eEntrepreneurship module which has been

reviewed by Curriculum Guide Committee, Manpower Department is CONFIRMED in

Curriculum Guide Committee Meeting no. 1/2017 held on 03 August 2017. Consequently,

the syllabus has been confirmed and must be applied starting from July 2017 at all

ILJTM.

1. PRELIMENARY

1.1. Introduction

The training syllabus is a document that outlines the matters to be obtained by a

student in the various technology field. All modules contained in this training

syllabus will be assessed based on each student's skills to ensure competent and

capable of implementing the modules according to their learning skills.

The syllabus is developed according to the syllabus format of Manpower

Department Training Institution (ILJTM) and has taken into account the

eUsahawan Programme made by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation

(MDEC). This training syllabus also considers the addition of all module in

eUsahawan Programme in accordance with the requirements of current digital

technology.

1.2. Objective

The objective of development of this syllabus is to assist lecturers to provide skills

training so that uniformity can be done in all ILJTM for Certificate and Diploma

Technology in eEntrepreneurship module.

ILJTM training method for the certificate and diploma level based on skills, which

is 60% practical and 40% theory.

1.7. Course Synopsis

This course introduces learners to the knowledge and skills in eEntrepreneurship. Learners will learn various digital media tools that will be assist them in establishing an online business. The course will also assist them in understanding and managing their online business presence and sales.

At the end of the course, students will be able to : 1. Construct online business ideas 2. Create online business presence using various online and social media tools 3. Measure online business presence revenue.
