Our Services

Working with your organisation to define what your training needs are, what type of training interventions are required, how many staff need training and the timeframe for training.

Produce a Training Plan to meet the identified training needs, incorporating local business processes alongside case management systems, using both classroom and online solutions as appropriate. Training Programme development will include tutor guides, presentations, supporting reference material and an evaluation framework.

We have a team of qualified tutors who have many years’ experience of delivering classroom based training and who have an in-depth knowledge of social care and the legislative framework in which it operates. They are confident working with all the major case management systems.

We can also offer a floor walking support programme following the implementation of new systems and processes, to help embed the knowledge/skills gained in training to the workplace.

To enable organisations to measure the effectiveness of training we can provide tools to capture:

Learner Feedback following both online and classroom training interventions. Our online solutions can be set up to include a Competency Testing element.

Tutor Feedback following classroom based sessions, and assessment tools to measure the impact of training once learners have had time to transfer their knowledge and skills back into the workplace.

Our organisation can’t afford to release employees for training!

Where possible, Me Learning will seek to provide a blended solution using our online platform to deliver self-directed e-learning modules, webinars, online quizzes and competency tests.

This allows learners to undertake their training outside the classroom and to accommodate the organisation‘s requirements whilst fitting in with flexible working arrangements.

This approach will provide significant cost savings as training will not be dictated by availability of venues, equipment trainers etc. and can significantly reduce the amount of classroom based training.

Why can’t our new members of staff be trained by their colleagues on the job?

Training delivered outside a formal training programme without agreed learning outcomes, competency testing etc. is unlikely to cover all aspects of the job and might be inaccurate if the knowledge of the person delivering training is not up to date.

Our Training Consultants will work with your organisation to produce training interventions to support employee induction, to include online competency testing, where appropriate.

This enables all staff to get the same information at the beginning and allow them to hit the ground running with the information they need to do their jobs.

Training Services delivered by Me Learning will enable you to pull on resources as and when you need them.
